Welcome to ImpulsivateAI. By using our app or website, you (“User”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. ImpulsivateAI is a subscription-based platform, and use of our services indicates your acceptance of these terms and our automatic billing policy unless canceled through your payment method provider.

Account & Subscription: Access to content requires a valid subscription. You are responsible for canceling to avoid ongoing charges. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Prohibited Content & Conduct: You may NOT use ImpulsivateAI to generate, share, upload, or request content (including text, images, or posts) that is nude, vulgar, obscene, offensive, racist, threatening, harassing, abusive, or in violation of any laws, intellectual property rights, or social media policies. We strictly prohibit any use of the app for illegal or harmful purposes.

Social Media & External Policy Compliance: All content you create, upload, or share via ImpulsivateAI must comply with all relevant social media platform policies. Any breach or report of inappropriate content to our support team (support@signalgenx.com) by external parties will result in account review and possible suspension or permanent ban, with no liability for ImpulsivateAI.

AI Content & User Liability: Content generated by AI is not guaranteed to be accurate or safe for every purpose. All content you create or share using ImpulsivateAI is your responsibility. We disclaim any liability for damages or claims arising from content you generate or post.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ImpulsivateAI, its owners, developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from your use, content, or breach of these terms.

Account Termination: ImpulsivateAI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts for any violation of these terms, content policy, or on receipt of external complaints or reports.

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, and apply in all U.S. states, commonwealths, and countries unless prohibited by local law.

Modifications: Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
